Hello john, you brilliant do-gooder,
It’s Giving Tuesday, which means two things:
1. I’m coming to you with a heartfelt ask, and
2. Every dollar you give today will be DOUBLED thanks to a generous supporter who loves us so much, they want to DOUBLE ALL YOUR GIFTS.
So if you’ve ever thought, “Wow, I love what AAF does for abortion providers,” this is the day to jump in with a donation.

And this year is special. It’s Abortion Access Front’s 10-year anniversary of providing much needed support to independent abortion clinics — a decade of showing up, cheering up, fixing stuff, hauling stuff, feeding staff, serving up hugs, and often being the only ones who say: “Hey, we see you, and we’ve got your back!”
Over these ten years, AAF has supported more than 70 clinics annually. And because of folks like you, our programs have grown to include security monitoring, clinic escorting, making patient after-care bags, pairing clinics with skilled pro-bono volunteers and new resources, and that’s on top of offering tons of practical on-the-ground assistance and merry-making.
And let me tell you... those workers need it. One thing clinic workers told us early on has always stuck with me: Some of them can’t even tell their own families where they work. Not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because they fear being shamed, judged, or cut off.
That’s why AAF creates spaces where clinic staff can exhale. Laugh. Be celebrated. Be themselves. Whether it’s spa nights, team dinners, silly joy-filled activities, or just time spent with folks who get it — we build community where there once was distance.
One of my favorite memories (and maybe the most “AAF” thing we’ve ever done) was in Detroit, summer of 2018. The Summit Associates had just opened a new clinic in a neighborhood where they hadn’t exactly been welcomed with a warm pie and a hug. So we threw a block party. Yep. Full-on cookout in the park. DJ. Bounce house. Back-to-school backpack giveaway. Kids running around. Burgers flipping. Clinic staff and neighbors hanging out, talking, laughing…actually getting to know each other.
By the end of the afternoon, the vibe had transformed. Folks saw that the clinic wasn’t a threat — it was a neighbor. A place filled with caring humans who wanted to contribute to the community, not hide behind security glass.
That’s what your support does. You help us build bridges, bust stigma, and make sure clinic staff feel the appreciation and protection they rarely get anywhere else.
And today, for Giving Tuesday, we’re dreaming big because the next ten years are mission critical. Clinics are overwhelmed, understaffed, and politically targeted more than ever. But they keep showing up. And so will we.
Will you donate today to keep our clinic support work going strong? Every dollar reminds a clinic worker that people truly see and value them.

Thank you for being in this fight with us — fiercely, joyfully, and with the kind of chaotic good energy that only AAF supporters can bring.
With deep respect for everyone who shows up for this fight,
Lizz
P.S. Today your donation is MATCHED, which means your dollars are basically doing a BOGO for abortion access. Clinically proven to feel amazing.
