Democrats — Donald Trump’s administration is taking its fight with science to a dangerous new place: our nation’s schools. Betsy DeVos is demanding that schools open for full-time, in-person classes. Mike Pence is undercutting expert guidelines for safely reopening classrooms. And now Donald Trump is threatening to cut federal funding to any school refusing to reopen in-person fall classes. We are in the midst of the worst public health crisis in 100 years, and the president doesn’t seem to care!
CHIP IN TO DEFEAT
Trump is angry that COVID-19 is still spreading like wildfire across our country. He’s hoping to save the economy he shattered by sending our nation’s kids back to school. And he doesn’t seem to care at all that this would put the lives of our children, teachers, and families at risk from this deadly disease. Enough is enough.
