TELL CONGRESS: Trump is unilaterally rewriting tax laws to give massive tax breaks to big corporations. Instead of raising hundreds of billions in tax revenue for government services, Trump is letting big companies and wealthy investors skip out on taxes. Sign the petition: Stop Trump’s secret tax break for the rich!

The Trump tax cuts have been a boon to big corporations and the ultra-rich, helping the wealth of the top 1% skyrocket to $52 trillion.1 Now, Trump is using the Treasury Department and IRS to rewrite tax rules and unilaterally hand even more tax breaks to CEOs and big corporations.

For example, Trump has allowed corporations to avoid paying the the Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax (CAMT), a measure passed by Congress in 2022 to ensure that some of the largest corporations actually pay taxes on their profits.2 "They’re effectively repealing the statute," a former IRS official said about the CAMT.3

The White House is unilaterally gutting tax laws, all for the benefit of the rich and powerful. Congress must assert its taxation powers and end these unconstitutional giveaways.

Sign the petition: Don’t let the White House rewrite tax laws for big corporations and the ultra-rich — stop Trump’s secret, unilateral tax giveaways now!

Behind closed doors, the Trump administration has issued new regulations that loosen tax enforcement, raise income thresholds, and exempt entire industries from compliance, including crypto firms, multinational corporations, and private equity titans.

These unlegislated changes reward corporate tax dodgers and Trump’s wealthy friends. Every loophole reopened is another gift to billionaires who already profit from a system tilted in their favor.

Congress has the authority to write tax laws and end this abuse of power.

Sign the petition: Urge Congress to stop Trump from gutting tax laws to help the ultra-rich.
