John, more children were gunned down over the weekend in a mass shooting in Stockton, CA. These children were only 8, 9, and 14 — they were robbed of their bright futures just like my daughter Jaime. Jaime was gunned down in her school in Parkland, FL, while these kids were gunned down at a child’s birthday party. These places should be joyous and safe for kids, but they have been turned dangerous and violent because our nation won’t address the gun violence epidemic.

We must protect our children, John, donate to Brady now to fund their fight to stop the next tragedy and keep kids safe from gun violence. >>

I know too well the grief that families in Stockton are experiencing now and the different forms that grief will take in years to come. It's been nearly eight years since my daughter was murdered, but the pain never fades. I don’t wish this fate on anyone, and that’s why I keep pushing forward in this movement to save lives. And if we’re going to finally free our country from gun violence once and for all, it’s up to all of us to keep pushing forward.

Brady represents a community of survivors, advocates, and supporters all working together to build a safer future. It’s a community that will not accept constant tragedy as our reality, one that won’t give up on our kids.

|
John, I know you believe in that same future and I’m asking you to act in the interest of that safer future today.

Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday and a group of donors has matched every gift up to our $200,000 goal. The mass shooting in Stockton underscores just how important it is for us all to keep fighting and help Brady continue passing life-saving gun safety laws, holding gun manufacturers accountable, and taking on the gun lobby's deadly agenda.

Giving Tuesday is the single most important fundraising day of the year for Brady, John. And by donating early, you can take immediate action to prevent more tragedies like Stockton and Parkland — and ensure no family ever has to feel the loss I do every day. So please, think of Jaime and the children whose lives have been senselessly cut short as we approach Giving Tuesday, when your donation can go twice as far in our fight to end the gun violence epidemic.

Every time you give, every time you speak out, every time you refuse to look away, you're helping honor Jaime's memory and protect lives across America.
