Roger Stone is attacking me again! He’s threatening that I will be charged with “seditious conspiracy” and calling my act of blowing the whistle on Donald Trump nearly six years ago, for extorting Ukraine, a “hoax.”
Normally, I’d ignore an attack like this. After all, I’ve been hearing these sorts of claims since 2019.
But this one isn’t random. It’s coordinated.
It’s part of the same effort Trump and his allies launched when they opened a sham investigation into me for demanding transparency about his dealings with the Saudi Crown Prince.
These attacks all serve one purpose:
To weaken me, discredit me, and push me out of Congress so I can’t keep holding Trump accountable.
And if we don’t fight back, they’ll get their way.
My seat isn’t a safe one, John. We are on the frontline of House races Republicans are trying to flip next November. So when Trump’s allies smear my name, voters get spooked. Opponents sense an opening. And the only thing that proves we’re still standing strong is the support we show right now.
