The Big Give Christmas challenge 2025 opens at midday tomorrow with our biggest target yet. Don’t miss your chance to have your donation to Full Fact doubled at no extra cost to you.

The campaign comes at a crucial time, with Google—our biggest funder over the past three years—ending its financial support for Full Fact. 

During the campaign new donations to Full Fact will be doubled, but only while the Match Pot lasts. The donate button will appear on Full Fact's Big Give page when the challenge opens at midday tomorrow (Tuesday 2 December).

What your doubled donation will do:

• Keep Full Fact impartial, independent, and secure in the face of a dangerous negative narrative on fact checking, and the loss of Google funding.

• Fact check false and misleading claims at a time when fact checking itself is increasingly under attack. 

• Advocate for a better information environment.

• Continue to report on whether the UK Government is keeping its manifesto pledges.
