The Supreme Court's conservative majority just sided with the Florida GOP in requiring returning citizens to pay court fines and fees before being eligible to vote. 

This poll tax disenfranchises more than 1 million Florida voters from participating in the November election.

Almost 70% of Florida voters voted to pass Amendment 4. It is clear that the only way to fulfill the will of the people is by flipping the legislature and passing a new bill.
