This is unexpected.

It looks like there won't be a Republican nominee in TX-23 for some time after
Tuesday's runoff election left just 7 votes separating the candidates.

While we don’t know who we’ll be running against, we know what we’re fighting
for -- access to affordable health care, quality schools, a COVID-19 recovery
plan that actually helps working families, and finally putting people before
politics in TX-23.

Gina’s opponents are in a race to the bottom to debase their values and sell
out the people of this district the quickest. But we’re proud to continue
fighting for the people without getting involved in their drama.

Republicans are anxious to keep this seat red -- even President Trump and Ted
Cruz weighed in on this race to endorse opposing candidates -- but we know
