First Liberty
Dear John,
For more than 40 years, Frank Jenner stood at a busy corner on St.
George Street in Sydney, Australia passing out Gospel tracks. He did
that every day until he had shared the message with at least 10
passerbys.
Frank faithfully did so without ever really knowing or understanding
how God was using his daily encounters.
But after Frank passed away, the testimonies began rolling in.
It is estimated that over the 40 years Frank passed out more than a
140,000 tracts and that thousands of people came to know God.
Gabe Olivier and Frank are cut from the same cloth. Gabe like Frank
believes in publicly sharing his faith to as many people as possible
and in as kind and respectful a way that he can.
Watch Gabe's story and learn why he believes so adamantly in
sharing his faith and why he's fighting so hard for his
constitutional right to continue to do so.

Gabe is standing for faith because he wants to make sure that his
children are free to exercise their rights in the future the same way
he was able to in the past.
The city leaders in Brandon, Mississippi passed an ordinance
preventing Gabe from sharing his faith in a public park.
And when Gabe violated that ordinance, he was arrested and handcuffed
in front of his wife and children.
Following his arrest, Gabe pled "no contest," paid the
fine, and then attempted to challenge the constitutionality of the
ordinance and prevent its future enforcement.
But his case was dismissed. Not because his case didn't have
merit, but because he paid the fine.
That's not just wrong. That's unconstitutional.
On December 3rd, the Supreme Court will be asked in oral argument to
grant Gabe's request to have his case heard.
This is a historic opportunity to impact not just one constitutional
right, but two of our most important freedoms as Americans -
religious freedom and each American's right to have their case
heard in a court of law.
The justices' decision will impact every American -
religious or not.
That's why winning this case is so critical.
And Giving Tuesday is your opportunity to put us in position to do
just that.
