I could give you the full spiel on why hitting our goal is so important (these funds provide the bulk of our campaign budget, allowing us to cover operations costs, reach voters, and respond to attacks from my MAGA opponent).

I could give you a long-winded analysis about how Citizens United opened the floodgates for far-right billionaire and corporate cash to take over politics, and how small-dollar grassroots fundraising is the ONLY serious check on their influence.

But we don’t have much time before our end-of-month deadline hits, so instead, I’ll just say this:

Your dollar is one of the most powerful tools you have to effect change in our current system.

A few bucks won’t fix everything, but if 100, 200, or 500 people each give a few bucks at a time, we’re off to a damn good start.

If you can, pitch in before midnight to help defend this purple-ish House seat, wrestle back our power on Capitol Hill, and build a Republic that works for the majority of Americans, not a select few. [[link removed]]
