Ralph Diaz, Secretary for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), will appear on this week’s program to answer questions from our host and Executive Director Sam Lewis, on behalf of our community members who are incarcerated either in state prisons and MCRP, their loved ones, and other concerned community members.

We are holding this conversation to obtain information about how CDCR is keeping our people in custody safe and protected during the time of COVID-19, what more will be done to save lives NOW, and how family communication will be prioritized as this crisis continues.
