The Montana Plan is a brand-new legal approach built on the Supreme Court precedent that says states can stop giving their corporations any power at any time — including political spending.
We’re working to pass a ballot initiative here in Montana, where recent polling shows over 70 percent of voters across the ideological spectrum support our idea. Our network of supporters reaches from coast to coast, because when we win, it will create a blueprint for other states to curb corporate influence in their elections, too.
