There is so much on the line.

Decades ago, leaders of the Civil Rights movement fought for the right of every American to vote freely. Through their hard work, perseverance and determination, they passed the Voting Rights Act which gave every American the right to vote for the candidates that best represented their values.

But, right now, that right is under threat. Donald Trump and Republicans are attempting to cling to power by asking the Supreme Court to GUT the Voting Rights Act; silencing voters, rigging the maps, and vowing to ban mail-in voting.

I’ve spent my entire life fighting for equal rights for all Americans, as an organizer and in Congress. Now, I’m asking you to fight with me. Will you be one of the 445 your state Democrats to chip in $3 now to the DCCC to help fight this GOP assault on our democracy flip the House and dismantle the Trump Trifecta?
