Message From Ted

Dear VCC Community,

At the height of 'COVID', the population was incentivised, pressured, coerced, manipulated, and even mandated to submit to COVID-19 vaccination under threat of penalty - loss of livelihood and participation in society. What is astonishing is that doctors, nurses, and other vaccinators collaborated with this coercion, thereby violating their personal obligation to obtain valid, voluntary, informed consent.

But the reality is medical professionals have been collaborating with coercion for more than two hundred years. Most recently, in Canada, two provinces, Ontario and New Brunswick have imposed vaccine mandates for children to receive a public education. Many health professionals are forced to receive vaccines as a condition of employment. And BC passed Bill 36 ([link removed]) that has the potential to impose vaccination as a condition of licensing for every health professional. 

The bottom line is there should not be ANY vaccine mandates given mandates are an act of coercion. This means that every doctor, nurse, or other practitioner who participates in the coercion and does not obtain valid consent to insert the needle and its contents is committing battery.

Elizabeth Hart,  in collaboration with Chat GPT, developed a very powerful statement: Battery, Consent, and Medical Complicity ([link removed]) . It states in part: “ A vaccinator has a personal, non-delegable obligation to obtain valid voluntary informed consent before performing any injection. This duty does not disappear under government mandates, child-protection laws, public-health orders, workplace rules, or political pressure .”

“ If a practitioner inserts a needle without true consent, they commit battery . If the parent or patient cannot genuinely say ‘no’ without penalty, then ‘yes’ is legally meaningless. No law can convert an invalid consent into a valid one. No mandate can erase the tort of battery. No practitioner is excused simply because a government expected obedience .”

“ The truth is simple: If consent is not voluntary, the needle cannot morally, ethically, or lawfully go in the arm. If the needle goes in anyway, it is battery. And practitioners who comply have crossed the line from medicine into coercion . .  . into battery .”

I believe vaccine mandates would cease if health practitioners honoured their ethical and legal obligation to secure consent. It’s time those involved in assault and battery are held to account.

Bill C-12 ([link removed]) infringes on your freedoms by banning large cash transactions and enabling warrantless data seizures.

This bill paves the way for Digital IDs, threatening basic rights. Demand Minister Anandasangaree, the Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security, and Prime Minister Mark Carney to withdraw it NOW!

The petition reads ... I demand the immediate withdrawal of Bill C-12, specifically Parts 10–16. By merging cash bans with the power to demand personal data without a warrant, this bill lays the groundwork for a Digital ID system that tracks every move Canadians make.

Bill C-9 is an Urgent Threat to Free Expression in Canada

The Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF) writes... The Carney government’s so-called “Combatting Hate Act” would make sweeping changes to Canada’s hate speech and hate crime laws. While prejudice and discrimination should be condemned, the proposed law gives the government new power to subjectively determine which words and ideas are acceptable – a direct threat to the Charter right to freedom of expression.

The CCF urges Parliament to reject Bill C-9 in its current form. Canadians are not safer when controversial speech is driven underground. The best answer to hate is more speech – not censorship.
