Last week, the annual Women Winning Board Retreat gave us time to learn, dream, and grow into our bold strategy and forward vision for pro-choice leadership Minnesota. Our organizational leaders and staff team dedicated time to our powerful work by coming together to engage, learn, restore, regroup, and plan our next steps!
Our roots run deep, and in a time of ongoing attacks on reproductive freedom and human dignity, our mission has never been more urgent or more impactful.
Thanks to supporters like you, here is what we achieved this cycle:
- Building the pro-choice political bench
- Recruiting and supporting more than 150 pro-choice champions to lead
- Endorsing and coaching more than 80 candidates
- Amplifying candidate profiles to help voters connect with bold, values-driven leaders
And we are winning! In 2025, we:
- Achieved a win rate between 74 percent and 100 percent across endorsed races
- Re-elected nearly 100 percent of incumbents, protecting champions in office
- Raised thousands of dollars directly for candidates
- Mobilizing voters and volunteers
- Trained more than 100 volunteers
- Knocked on more than 14,000 doors
- Engaged more than 20,000 members statewide
These are not just numbers. They show what becomes possible when people who believe in equality, dignity, and bodily autonomy choose to act together.
