John,

The holidays are upon us. And while they’re a time for joyful, family-centered celebration, there’s an invisible shadow that hangs over these festivities.

Right now, millions of American parents are taking advantage of Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals to purchase new electronics for their children.

And far too many of these families don’t know how to protect their children from the online harms these new devices will unlock.

The truth is, many parents have no clue what dangers their children are being exposed to. But at Family Policy Alliance Foundation, we’re working around the clock to keep those kids safe online. And thanks to your generous support, we’re winning.

Over the summer, the U.S. Supreme Court gave us two huge victories––one of which upheld Age Verification Laws. In a decision that reverberated across the nation, the Court upheld Texas’s law requiring age verification for access to pornographic websites. It’s a powerful affirmation that states can and must act to protect children online. And with your help, Family Policy Alliance Foundation was instrumental in its passing.

In fact, this victory is the fruit of a strategy we began years ago:

  • FPAF equipped this movement by training state legislators and Family Policy Council leaders on how to pass these protections.

  • We coordinated with allies nationally—activating a united front to take on the porn industry.

  • And we deployed our own team members to testify in state capitols to advance these bills through the legislative process.

So first of all, thank you for making all of that possible!

But while this Supreme Court decision is a major milestone, it’s only the beginning.

Age-verification laws are now in place in 22 states—but that means 28 states are still leaving children unprotected. And kids can still access harmful content through another wide-open door: apps on their smartphones.

That’s why the next step is critical: passing the App Store Accountability Act.

This bill is simple—and vital. It empowers parents to block harmful, age-inappropriate apps from being downloaded on their children’s phones. It gives families a fighting chance in a digital world that all too often preys on the innocence of children and the busyness of parents.

But we need your help to pass this bill in all 50 states—building on the three that have already passed it.

To do that, we need to send as many legislators as possible through FPAF’s Statesman Academy®, training them to stand for traditional biblical values, even as they face hostile opposition in Big Tech and the progressive left.

Will you give today and partner with us in this fight?

This Giving Tuesday, we’re hoping to raise $30,000 that will count toward a generous $500,000 Challenge Grant that we must fully utilize before the end of the year. That means every dollar given in honor of Giving Tuesday will go twice as far.

John, if you don’t want to have to remember to log on on Tuesday to give, simply use this secure link to make a tax-deductible donation today, and your gift will be counted toward the challenge grant.
