This GivingTuesday comes at a pivotal time. The U.S. Food and
Drug Administration has approved treatments that target the underlying
biology of the disease, giving those living with early Alzheimer's
more options, more time and more hope. These treatments are not cures,
but they are a crucial part of the tremendous progress we're
making together.

The recent period of funding uncertainty put this progress at
risk. But thanks to the support of our community, we continue to make
great strides forward. Long-delayed grants are finally being
distributed. New funding streams are opening. Congress is advancing
increased support for Alzheimer's research. But we cannot rest.
We must work relentlessly to protect the progress we've made. We
must keep pushing forward.

There's too much at risk to stand still. We must safeguard our
progress. We must keep our momentum going strong. We must do more, not
less, and now is the perfect time to act because your gift can go
