Dear Friend,

Cardinal Burke will offer the Operation Storm Heaven Holy Mass LIVE this Monday, December 1. The Traditional Latin Mass will be live streamed from the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, Wisconsin at 8:30 AM (Central Time). Consider coming to the Holy Mass, which is open to the public.  There is an opportunity for the Sacrament of Confession, beginning at 8:00 AM.

You now have an opportunity to submit all of your intentions that are deep within your heart.

Here are four suggestions that can prepare our minds and hearts for the coming of Jesus:

~ Join me in praying the St. Andrew Novena, sometimes called the Christmas Anticipation Prayer. Others refer to it as the “Christmas Miracle Novena.” It is piously believed that whoever recites the short prayer fifteen times a day, from the feast of St. Andrew on November 30th until Christmas, will obtain what is asked! This prayer will help you to focus on the hour and moment when the Son of God was born. Sign up and submit your intentions <[link removed]?>.

~ Clean your soul, not just your house. Making a good confession before Christmas Eve is a beautiful way to prepare for the reception of the holy Eucharist at the Christmas Mass. To receive Our Lord with a pure heart is one of the best gifts you can present to the Infant King. Please read Catholic Action’s Guide to Confession <[link removed]>.

~ Recite the Holy Rosary daily, Ask the Blessed Mother to grant you the grace of feeling a “closeness” to the Christ-Child, in the same way Our Lady did when she carried Him in her womb. Pray the Joyful Mysteries more often during Advent - on Sundays and Wednesdays, instead of the Glorious Mysteries. 

~ Plan an Advent pilgrimage <[link removed]> to the Shrine which offers "a place to grow closer to God.”
