Dear fellow Republicans,
On this Thanksgiving Day, from the windward shores of O‘ahu to the lava fields of Hawai‘i Island, from the gardens of Kaua‘i to the valleys of Maui, Moloka‘i, and Lāna‘i, we want to wish every one of you and your ‘ohana a warm and joyful Thanksgiving.
Today we pause to give thanks for the courageous forefathers who laid the foundation of this exceptional nation.
Today, we give heartfelt thanks for the brave men and women of our United States military, especially those stationed far from home this holiday season. Your sacrifice protects the freedoms we cherish, and we hold you and your families in our prayers.
And most especially today, we give thanks for you—the grassroots volunteers and leaders - who are the backbone of our party. We don't say it often enough. You are truly appreciated!
We hope that your Thanksgiving tables have been filled with ono food and your day has been filled with the warmth of family and friends.
May God continue to bless you, bless Hawai‘i, and bless the United States of America.
