John,
Governor Kemp doesn't care about science or the lives this decision will affect. He only cares about appeasing his radical base who believe mask mandates are part of a giant conspiracy.
His failure to listen to his own public health experts will lead to more cases and more deaths. Public health policy and protecting our most vulnerable community members shouldn't be a political battle.
We must listen to the scientists and health professionals. We must listen to frontline healthcare workers.
Governor Kemp needs to listen too, and learn. Georgians don’t need political arguments we need leadership to save lives, and reopen our economy quicker. Mask compliance works.
This is why who we elect makes a difference. From Governor, all the way down to the city and county levels - compassionate, progressive leadership matters.
