Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you are enjoying the day with friends, family,
and loved ones.

I’m taking a day off from the campaign trail to spend the day with my dad.
I am so thankful to be celebrating today with him after his 10 months of
surgery, rehab, chemo, and radiation from bone cancer.

Today is a reminder to cherish our loved ones and the community members
who show up for us in big and small ways — our caregivers, nurses,
neighbors, and friends who help us get through the hardest days.

That’s why I’m running for governor: so every family can thrive, not just
barely get by, and so no one has to choose between caring for the people
they love and paying the bills.

From my family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving! I’m grateful for your support
