I'll keep this short, because today isn't about us. It's about slowing down, taking a breath, and appreciating the things that truly matter.

I want you to know how genuinely thankful we are to have you as part of the 1st Phorm community. Whether you joined us recently or you've been rocking with us for years ... your support means more than you know. You're a huge part of why we show up every day and strive to give you our very best.

Today's a good reminder to pause and look around at the people in our lives, the opportunities we've been given, and the progress we've made ... even if it doesn't always feel perfect. Gratitude changes everything, and we hope you get a chance to reflect on the wins you've had this year, big or small.

Knowing you're in our corner pushes us to keep raising the bar ... from the products we create, to the experience we work to give you, to our incredible community that continues to grow stronger every year. And as you keep pursuing your goals, we'll be right by your side, doing everything we can to keep you moving forward.
