[1]Justice Democrats

Hi John,

Before many log off to spend Thanksgiving with family and friends, I
wanted to connect with you directly. I am deeply grateful for the support
that makes our work possible and for the shared commitment to building a
better future together.

To every person who nominated a candidate, talked to us about your
community, gave $5 or more to one of our grassroots campaigns, and helped
us build our movement every day — THANK YOU!

Justice Democrats was founded to build people power in our country by
finding and electing a bloc of working class leaders to Congress who
reject corporate PAC money and truly put people first.

Heading into the new year, momentum is on our side. Candidates powered by
the working class like Zohran are defying the odds. Voters are sick and
tired of the status quo, and no longer believe the leadership that got us
here is capable of leading us out of it.

Because of you, we have already endorsed five new working-class,
progressive challengers:

* Donavan McKinney in MI-13: a lifelong working class Detroiter and
State Representative, who has led the charge in Michigan to take out
corporate money in politics and deliver clean air & water, challenging
out-of-touch millionaire Rep. Shri Thanedar.
* Angela Gonzales-Torres in CA-34: a working-class Angeleno and daughter
of a deportee, dedicated community advocate, and public servant taking
on corporate Rep. Jimmy Gomez, who was one of the biggest recipients
of AIPAC’s Super PAC spending last year.
* Cori Bush in MO-01: our first-ever Justice Democrat, a nurse,
community activist, and former progressive champion in Congress — who
has put her body on the line for working class people — running to
take back her seat from AIPAC darling Rep. Wesley Bell.
* Justin J. Pearson in TN-09: a member of the Tennessee Three, State
Representative, and environmental justice organizer, who stopped
multiple Big Oil pipelines, challenging Do-Nothing Democrat Rep. Steve
Cohen.
* Darializa Avila Chevalier in NY-13: a working-class Afro-Latina
organizer, UAW member, and daughter of Dominican immigrants — who has
organized her community to defend against ICE, subway fare hikes, and
the genocide in Gaza — going up against AIPAC and real estate
industry-backed Rep. Adriano Espaillat.

And even more are on the way!

We wouldn’t be here without you,
John, as we depend directly on grassroots
contributions from people like you to fuel the work ahead.

I and every member of the Justice Democrats team are so incredibly
grateful for you. Together, we CAN drive big money out of politics and
elect representatives of the people to create lasting change in
Washington.

Thank you again for anything you’ve contributed to strengthen and grow our
working-class, progressive movement in Congress. Our work is just getting
started.

In solidarity,

Alexandra Rojas
Executive Director
