Ken Paxton has been on the wrong side of the law repeatedly, using the enormous power of the Office of Attorney General for partisan stunts and propaganda, refusing to uphold and defend the Constitution. My Republican opponents in this race would be no different. They follow the same orders. Texas deserves better.

What Texas needs is a good lawyer, one who understands the Constitution, one who respects the proper limits of state authority, and one who will use the powers of the Office of Attorney General to serve the people.
