The Supreme Court issued over 60 decisions this term. The number one takeaway from the term: our rights and our democracy can't take another Brett Kavanaugh or Neil Gorsuch on the Court.
Many analysts have focused on positive outcomes in the highly publicized DACA and LGBTQ anti-discrimination cases. But PFAW legal analyst Paul Gordon argues that despite the positive results in these cases, the reality is that the Supreme Court term just advanced many of the Far Right’s long-term goals.
