One of the many, many wonderful things about pie is its versatility — apple, cherry, pumpkin, pecan — you name it, it’s probably delicious.
As State Auditor, I started our P.I.E. (Public Innovations and Efficiencies) program to lower costs and provide more efficient, sustainable government services.
Fun fact, the program is so popular that it was replicated in two other states!
Pushing for more government efficiency, while also restoring oversight and accountability, are huge parts of why I’m running for governor. Iowans want and deserve more.
If I’m elected governor, I’ll do everything in my power to make sure that our government is truly of the people, by the people, and for the people.
Our next hurdle is our November fundraising benchmark, and we’re not currently on pace to hit our $75,000 goal. Can I count on you to make a last-minute grassroots donation before this email gets lost in the Thanksgiving shuffle?
If you’ve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately.
I hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving, John!
