Tomorrow, Americans across the entire nation will gather alongside loved ones, friends, family, and neighbors to break bread and reflect upon the bountiful blessings that God has bestowed upon us. We give thanks for the precious blessing of waking up every day in the greatest country in the world, for the God-given freedoms that we are all immensely fortunate to possess, and much, much more. We will also pause and give thanks to the men and women – both at home and abroad – who continue to stand watch and defend us around the clock. We can certainly agree that Thanksgiving is a day that is emblematic of everything that makes America great.

Today, and every day, I am truly grateful to serve as your voice in the People’s House – and to stand firm for our shared values and ideals. It is an honor and responsibility that I take very seriously. You can always rest assured that my work in serving you will continue without delay or compromise.
