If you have paid the first installment of the 2025-26 Annual Secured Property Taxes, please disregard this notice.

This is to inform property owners that the first installment of the 2025-26 Annual Secured Property Taxes becomes delinquent if not paid by Wednesday, December 10, 2025.  To avoid a late payment penalty, the Treasurer and Tax Collector (TTC) recommends property owners pay property taxes online.  Electronic check payments are easy, available at no cost, and only require bank routing and checking account information.  Payments made with a credit/debit card will incur a service fee of the transaction amount.  Property owners who are making a payment by mail should ensure the envelope contains a United States Postal Service (USPS) postmark date of Wednesday, December 10, 2025, or prior (a prior date).

The attached PRESS RELEASE contains important information regarding payment options, office location, and service hours.  TTC now offers property owners the ability to set up monthly payments with a bank account or credit/debit card in a convenient, automated monthly property tax payment option.

Visit ttc.lacounty.gov/public-inquiries or call 1(888) 807-2111, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Los Angeles County holidays.  Individuals with a hearing impairment who have TDD equipment may leave a message at 1(213) 974-2196 or use California Relay Services at 1(800) 735-2929.
