Friend,

Colorado’s 4th District is many things - rugged, proud, resilient - but above all, it is a place where people still believe in each other. And in a moment as turbulent as the one our nation is living through, that belief truly matters.

We are living through chaotic times in American history. It can feel overwhelming - the political noise, the national division, the sense that the future grows more uncertain by the day. People are tired. They are frustrated. And many feel hopeless.

So today, I don’t want to focus on what is broken.

I want to talk about what I’m thankful for.

I’m thankful that thousands of you have chosen to stand behind this campaign - not only to unseat Lauren Boebert, but to help steer this district away from extremism and toward leadership grounded in reality and service.

I’m thankful that together, we are working to nullify the chaos of the last two years of a Trump presidency and build a future rooted in justice, dignity and stability for working people.

I’m thankful that you open these emails, that you show up to events, that you donate what you can, and that you allow me the privilege of traveling this incredible state with Amber and our three amazing kids - listening to voters, learning their stories, and weaving those stories into a shared vision for what Colorado can be.

I’m thankful that you believe our children and grandchildren deserve a future worth fighting for.

I’m thankful that you still love this country - in all its imperfection - and that you believe in democracy enough to defend it, strengthen it and push it forward when so many in Washington have lost their way.

Every conversation across Eastern Colorado - on ranches, in small businesses, in community centers and at kitchen tables - reminds me that this campaign is not just political. It is deeply personal. People share what inspires them, what worries them, where they struggle and what they dream of. And every time, I walk away humbled and determined to fight harder.

The truth is simple:
I couldn’t do this without you.

And I mean that with everything I have.

If you are reading this, I hope you truly feel how much I appreciate you - your belief in this campaign, your hope, your courage, and your willingness to stand with me on this journey. I am genuinely grateful.

Over the next few days, I am taking some time to breathe. Amber and I are taking the kids hiking in the mountains - unplugging, decompressing and taking in the beauty of the state we love so much.

But once Thanksgiving wraps up, we are hitting the road again.

More town halls.
More forums.
More meetings with voters.
More community conversations in the places Washington forgets.

The work doesn’t slow down. And the momentum we are building is real.

If you are able to continue supporting this movement - even a few dollars - it makes a real difference as we prepare for the next stretch across the district.

Thank you for believing in this mission. Thank you for believing in each other. And from my family to yours, I hope you have a warm, safe and joyful Thanksgiving.

Let us prove that a campaign built by families, neighbors and working people can defeat the politicians who hide from their own communities.
