John -- As we enter the holiday season, I want to wish you and your loved ones a warm and peaceful Thanksgiving.
I joined the Booker T. Washington Community Service Center to help bag groceries for neighbors in need of a helping hand. I also know that with rising prices and recent attacks on food assistance programs, the holidays can be especially challenging for many. That’s why I want to make sure you and your neighbors know that local organizations are offering meals and groceries, and many are welcoming volunteers as well.
