We couldn’t be more grateful to have you with us in our fight to ensure abortion and contraception access for all. Generous supporters like you are essential to the sizeable impact we made this past year.

Together, we are changing lives—and we’re proud to share this overview of what we accomplished in 2025 ([link removed]) .

With you by our side, we brought lifesaving reproductive health care to almost 2.5 million people across 24 countries. That’s 2.5 million people who experienced the lifechanging ability to control their own bodies and futures.

One of those people is Himali Khatri (at right in the photo above). Himali lives in rural Nepal, where discussing sexual and reproductive health is taboo and women rarely have the power to make their own decisions about things like contraception and abortion. Himali transformed into a respected community leader and health educator through her participation in Ipas’s “Natural Leaders,” a program that supports local women to become a force for change.

Natural Leaders like Himali are stopping child marriage, guiding people to safe reproductive health care, and challenging long-held taboos. “Before, people didn’t even talk about safe abortion,” Himali says. “Now, they ask us to come back and teach more.”

This is how Ipas makes lasting change every day. With your support, we build local knowledge and commitment to reproductive health and rights so that women and their communities can take the lead and continue making progress.

The road ahead will not be easy, as we face truly unprecedented challenges in our fight for reproductive freedom. But together we will resist, persist and build a more just world.
