*November 24, 2025* [ [link removed] ]* – Docket No. 62229-1-RA-25 (Record No. 18010)* - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of LTE Wireless, Inc. (LTE or the Company) for designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) for the limited purpose of offering lifeline services to qualifying customers, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 214(e)(2), Wyoming Statute § 37-15-104, and Commission Rule Chapter 4, Section 13.
