Have you seen the latest on Tina Peters?

Earlier this month,Trump’s Federal Bureau of Prisons requested that Colorado transfer Peters from state to federal custody. Jena has urged the Governor to deny the transfer request.

Jena said, “Allowing Trump’s transfer of Tina Peters would supercharge Trump’s attempts to re-write history and disseminate election lies. It would also undermine our efforts to enforce the law and protect Colorado elections.” Peters was convicted by a jury of her peers and sentenced to 9 years in prison for compromising election equipment.

Ever since, Trump has tried to meddle in Colorado’s legal system by having the DOJ intervene in the case, threatening “harsh measures” against Colorado, and now requesting Peters be moved to federal custody.

Jena has stood up to Peters and Trump as Secretary of State, and won. She is ready to keep up the fight as the next Attorney General, but she needs your help to get there.
