The new rule gives the administration power to deny Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) to anyone whose employer doesn’t align with their political agenda.

That’s not just cruel — it’s unconstitutional. So, I filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education to block the Trump administration’s latest attempt to weaponize student debt relief.

Public service workers shouldn’t be punished for helping others or standing up for what’s right. PSLF was designed to encourage people to serve their communities, not to give the federal government a tool to silence them.
