Teachers, nurses, veterans, and so many others all dedicate their lives to serving others. Now, the Trump administration is trying to strip them of the student loan forgiveness they’ve earned. I’m fighting back, so will you stand with me right now and contribute to my reelection campaign?

The new rule gives the administration power to deny Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) to anyone whose employer doesn’t align with their political agenda.
That’s not just cruel — it’s unconstitutional. So, I filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education to block the Trump administration’s latest attempt to weaponize student debt relief.
Public service workers shouldn’t be punished for helping others or standing up for what’s right. PSLF was designed to encourage people to serve their communities, not to give the federal government a tool to silence them.
As Maryland’s Attorney General, I will not let the Trump administration use student debt as a weapon against working families. We’re taking on this fight, but we need your help to keep going.
Will you chip in $10, $25, or whatever you can today to my reelection campaign so I can continue fighting back against Trump’s political attacks?
