[Judicial Watch]

Dear Fellow American,

With Thanksgiving in just two days, families across America are
starting to slow down and prepare for this season of goodwill and
cheer.

UNFORTUNATELY, CORRUPTION DOES NOT TAKE A BREAK FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

But because of our supporters, neither will Judicial Watch.

Right now, Judicial Watch has more than 140 ACTIVE LAWSUITS moving
through our nation’s courts, all the way up to the Supreme Court of
the United States.

To maintain and expand this aggressive docket in 2026, we must stay on
track with our year-end budget. OUR AMBITIOUS GOAL IS TO RAISE $9.6
MILLION MORE DOLLARS BY DECEMBER 31ST.

Closing this year out strong is especially crucial because we are
already seeing Leftwing political activists pour a wave of litigation
into our nation’s court system to gut election integrity in 2026.

So I ask you to please consider making a generous first-time financial
gift to Judicial Watch today

Your
generous tax-deductible gift will help us get a head start to block
these schemes and hit the ground running in the new year.

Fuel Our Fight for the Rule of Law in 2026
[[link removed]]

Below are just a sample of the legal battles we’re preparing for in
2026 that you could help fund:

FIGHTING FOR HONEST ELECTIONS

In October, our donors sent us to the United States Supreme Court to
defend the right of candidates to challenge unconstitutional election
laws. In this case, in Illinois, where mail-in ballots received up to
14 days after Election Day are still counted.

The High Court has now also granted review in our case against
Mississippi for “extending” Election Day for 5 days after election
day is over.

Both Supreme Court cases – which will run into 2026 – could set
strong precedents to establish that ballots must be received by
Election Day to be counted.

Others can and do complain about attacks on honest elections, but
Judicial Watch acts…and we act where it counts the most, in the
courts.

And as you see, our legal victories have meaningful impact when it
comes to protecting the integrity of our elections.

Federal Law sets election days; it doesn’t set election weeks or
election months. Our supporters have funded our fight to make corrupt
state officials obey the law.

SCRUBBING DIRTY VOTER ROLLS

Dirty voter rolls can mean dirty elections, making Judicial Watch’s
National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) lawsuits one of the most
important safeguards for clean elections in 2026 and beyond.

Our NVRA lawsuits have already REMOVED OVER 5 MILLION INELIGIBLE NAMES
from voter rolls in more than a dozen states.

We will continue active lawsuits against CALIFORNIA,
ILLINOIS and OREGON in 2026 over their failures to follow federal
law and undertake reasonable efforts to clean their voter rolls
between elections.

FIGHTING ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AND CHALLENGING ILLEGAL SANCTUARY CITIES

Through our donors’ support, we recently opened a lawsuit against
the mayor of Evanston, Illinois, to obtain records related to his
obstruction of federal immigration enforcement.

We’ve also sued the governor of Arizona, Katie Hobbs, for reportedly
ordering state agencies and the National Guard to WITHHOLD COOPERATION
FROM FEDERAL IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES.

This may be the first you are hearing of these cases, and you will
hear more as we will continue leading the charge against such
“sanctuary” policies by state and local government officials who
break federal immigration law.

CHALLENGING THE LEFT’S EFFORT TO CREATE DISCRIMINATORY LAWS AND
QUOTAS TO DIVIDE AMERICANS

As the Left pushes race-based laws and quotas to divide Americans,
your backing allows us to defend the principle that government should
not discriminate against any citizen.

In Evanston, Illinois, Judicial Watch has brought an ongoing federal
class-action lawsuit against the city’s “reparations” scheme
that pays public funds to only black residents.

This lawsuit carries the potential to set a precedent that will make
it easier for us and others to overturn similar unjust reparation
giveaways in other parts of the country.

PLUS OUR EFFORTS TO EXPOSE AND PROSECUTE PUBLIC CORRUPTION INCLUDING
HOLDING DEEP STATE ACTORS ACCOUNTABLE WHO HAVE CONSPIRED AGAINST
PRESIDENT TRUMP

Judicial Watch remains the largest and most successful Freedom of
Information Act litigator in the country, fighting at the forefront of
government transparency.

“Exhibit A” was the recent indictment of James Comey, coming
nearly a decade after your Judicial Watch began working to uncover his
crimes.

A first-time financial gift from you today will fund lawsuits to
continue exposing the Clinton, Obama, and Biden era Deep State actors
who targeted President Trump and tried to hide their misconduct from
the American people.

I am very proud of what we have accomplished since 1994.

You may not know it, but YOU FOLLOWING OUR WORK HAS A REAL EFFECT ON
OUR ABILITY TO TAKE ON CORRUPTION…the larger our network, the bigger
our voice in Washington.

But with bigger challenges to the rule of law facing us than ever and
2026 starting in just weeks, I am asking you to take an additional
step today: Please consider a tax-deductible year-end gift to join
Judicial Watch as a financial supporter

CONTRIBUTE TO FUEL MORE VICTORIES IN 2026

It is only through the generous gifts of our donors that Judicial
Watch can continue serving as a real force upholding our freedoms.

With your support today, we can secure even more victories for the
rule of law in the year ahead.

Sincerely,

Tom Fitton

President, Judicial Watch

P.S. Corruption does not take a break for the holidays. With your
support, neither will we. Please join Judicial Watch with a
tax-deductible gift today so can stay on track to fight the crucial
Election Integrity, Immigration, and Government Transparency battles
that await in 2026
