Us Marshals Help Rescue 122 Missing Children Calling It ‘Largest Rescue Mission in History’
More than 120 missing children have been rescued in Florida in a two-week operation that the state's attorney general is calling the "largest child rescue mission in history."
U.S. Marshals announced earlier this week that a task force comprised of local, state, and federal law enforcement groups located and recovered 122 missing and endangered Florida children.
The two-week operation, named "Home for the Holidays," saw children rescued from Central Florida and metro areas, including 57 children rescued in the Tampa Bay area, 14 rescued in Orlando, 22 rescued in Jacksonville, and 29 rescued in Fort Myers. The effort also rescued children in nine other states.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said the rescue efforts were "one of the single largest child-rescue operations in U.S. history," and tops the scale and success of Operation Dragon Eye, which was conducted earlier this year and saw 60 critically missing children rescued.
"These kids, ranging in age from 17 down to just 2 years old, many have been through the unthinkable," he said during a press conference. "They've been trafficked. They've been exploited. They've been abused."

Trump Orders Review of Muslim Brotherhood Chapters as Northern Israel on High Alert, Ghf Ends Gaza Aid
JERUSALEM, Israel – President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Monday directing the U.S. Secretaries of State and Treasury to submit a report within 30 days on the Muslim Brotherhood. The review will determine whether certain chapters of the group should be designated as foreign terrorist organizations.
The Muslim Brotherhood was founded in Egypt in 1928. Today, it has chapters throughout the Middle East and the world.
The president's order read, in part, "Its chapters in Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt engage in or facilitate and support violence and destabilization campaigns that harm their own regions, United States citizens, and United States interests."
Last week, Texas Governor Greg Abbott designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization, stating that its actions "to support terrorism and to subvert U.S. and Texas laws are unacceptable."
The order comes days after a 200-page report cited how the Muslim Brotherhood uses America's own democratic institutions to undermine its way of life as part of a plan to establish a global caliphate and Sharia law.

Trump Launches ‘Genesis Mission’ to Supercharge Us Scientific AI Innovation
President Donald Trump signed an executive order Monday aimed at bolstering U.S. artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives as it unveiled its new "Genesis Mission" to accelerate AI use for scientific purposes.
The "Genesis Mission" will direct the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and their national labs to work with private companies to share federal data sets, advanced supercomputing capabilities, and scientific facilities.
"The private sector has launched artificial intelligence at huge scale, but with a little bit different focus – on language, on business, on processes, on consumer services," Secretary of Energy Chris Wright told reporters Monday. "What we're doing here is just pivoting those efforts to focus on scientific discovery, engineering advancements. And to do that, you need the data sets that are contained across our national labs."
