Hello Friend,

Our "Force for the North" rally was a huge success

Northland candidate Shane Jones and Whangarei candidate Dr David Wilson wowed a crowd full of party supporters and members during last Sunday's "Force for the North" rally.

Speaking to a packed theatre in Forum North, Whangarei they outlined our regions' importance to our economic recovery and highlighted what New Zealand First has achieved for our provinces during this term of government.

From the 1st of July, the cost of trades training and apprenticeships will become free.

These apprenticeships span across all industries including agriculture, horticulture, viticulture, road transport, building, hairdressing, among many others.

This is part of our commitment to help Kiwis get into employment.

By investing in trades training we ensure that New Zealanders find gainful employment especially during these rough economic times.

Regional transport links help move people and product around the country. They are vital to the economic lifeline of our provinces.

During this term of government, we have invested in numerous regional airports to ensure that the transport of passengers and freight is flawless, safe, and cost effective.
