The Trump Administration has cut access to services, legal protections, and safety for human trafficking survivors in the US. Program shutdowns, delays in fund disbursements, closing of federal agencies and offices, and censoring of content have put human trafficking survivors and their families in danger.
We are fighting back every day against this administration.
Over the last year, we have:

- Acted as a key media source for the Guardian, Reuters, and countless other news channels in their reporting about the Trump Administration’s attacks on federal funding.
- Put out countless statements denouncing the Trump Administration’s horrific decisions.
- Sent nearly 4,000 emails to the heads of the DOJ, urging them to release the trafficking victim grants and restore victim services.
- Held multiple state-of-play webinars to keep the public informed.
- Testified in front of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the importance of federally funded victim services.
