Dear cannabis licensees and integrators,

Here are a few mid-autumn reminders from the LCB CCRS team.

  • New Harvest report and manifest changes are live and are required to be submitted to CCRS. Please make sure you are meeting the traceability reporting requirements in WAC 314-55-083(4).
  • We have removed the recommendation to limit file count uploads. Licensees and integrators can submit as many files as needed to ensure accurate reporting.
  • We updated the FAQ on file size limits - while CCRS can accept up to a 2 GB file, the recommendation for quicker processing is to limit file sizes to 1 GB or less.
  • Contingency Manifests are no longer accepted. If a license is found using any manifest other than the CCRS manifest provided on the CCRS manifest page, they could be in violation of WAC 314-55-085 and WAC 314-55-083(4).
    • CCRS processes all files in under 15 minutes, so there is no reason to use a contingency manifest.

Upcoming CCRS Information

  • SAW Replacement for Login: This week, the state had a kickoff meeting beginning discussions about moving away from SAW to a new program to access CCRS. As LCB gets more information, we will share any important updates that may impact the industry. Keep an eye on emails to ensure you are kept up to date and ready for changes.
  • 2026 CCRS Enhancements: As we start the new year, the LCB CCRS team is planning to develop a release schedule for additional CCRS enhancements. While we are always working to improve the system and minimize impacts on users, if any change has a direct impact on reporting, we will share that information as quickly as possible.

The Examiner unit will release a winter CCRS enhancement update to the industry in early 2026.
