We are five days away from our November fundraising deadline, so I want to share five reasons why a $5 contribution today would make a real difference.

1. This is the most competitive district in New York.
I won by only 2 points in 2024 and I have been named the most vulnerable Democrat in the state. A small contribution goes a long way when the margins are this close.

2. Anthony D’Esposito is signaling he wants a rematch.
Politico reports that he is refusing to rule out another run. He has been attacking me online for months and it is clear he is testing the waters for a comeback.

3. Republicans are already targeting this seat.
This district is at the very top of their list because it could decide control of the House. Every dollar we raise now helps us stay competitive.

4. We cannot take back the House without winning here.
If we lose this race, the path to a Democratic majority becomes almost impossible. That is how central this race is to the entire country.
