We're officially heading into the end of the year, and I've been reflecting on what your support has meant.
BECAUSE OF THE GENEROSITY OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU
This year, NIRH:
- Provided 27 state and local partners with strategic guidance, hands-on support, and funding to create just & equitable access to reproductive health care.
- Granted over $750,000 in funding nationwide to support proactive policy work at the state & local level.
- Championed 24 pro-reproductive freedom bills across 6 states (so far!) that focus on emergency abortion care, health data privacy, securing public funding for abortion care, & more.
- Advocated for and secured more than $60 million in funding to support NY's abortion provider network & provide resources to clinics & abortion funds that connect patients to care.
- Participated in a coalition that helped secure $25 million for Maryland’s Public Health Abortion Fund Grant Program, which will support patients with accessing essential reproductive health care.
Wins like these cut through the anti-abortion attacks, fuel joy, and reinforce that even amid a difficult landscape, momentum is possible when strategy is aligned, and leaders closest to the impact are resourced. Thank you for making this work possible!
