Purpose: TxDOT's Pharr District is conducting a feasibility study for the SL 195 Extension and Connector. This study is being conducted as part of TxDOT's initial planning efforts to further extend SL 195 east in the Rio Grande Valley and complete the SL 195 Roma-Rio Grande City Relief Route.

Purpose: The purpose of the public meeting is to gather public input on the proposed improvements to Nolana Avenue, and to allow the public the opportunity to view project related information and provide comments on the proposed improvements.

Purpose: TxDOT will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. to receive public comments on the proposed November 2025 Revision to the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for FY 2025 - 2028.
