John, one of the most notorious stock traders in Congress did two (2) good things this year.

The first: Marjorie Taylor Greene voted to release the Epstein files. So did all of her other colleagues in the House (except for one). Congratulations to those members for using common sense, we guess.

The second: She announced last week that she’ll be resigning from Congress in January, meaning we’ll have one less congressional stock trader on Capitol Hill.

Recently, we’ve noticed that Marjorie Taylor Greene is trying to position herself as a champion for bipartisanship who looks out for all of the American people. Does she really think we’ll fall for it? Does she want a cookie?

We’re not going to sit back and pretend she hasn’t taken huge swings at other members on both sides of the aisle, including her best frenemy Lauren Boebert, but we’re less concerned with her discourteous conduct than we are her record of congressional stock trading.

We’ll give you an example:

Earlier this year, Rep. Greene, who sits on the House Committee on Homeland Security, bought stock in a software and data analytics company that uses AI for “predictive policing.” Soon after, ICE publicly announced a multi-million dollar deal with the company, aimed to track residents they’re targeting for detention and deportation.

Rather than stand up for her constituents against a nightmare surveillance state, run by a profit-driven corporation on behalf of the government, she asked no further questions and voted to approve the deal. Her reward? In just three weeks since her purchase, stock in Palantir rose 48%.

This is atrocious behavior, and we’re watching that House seat carefully to see who we may be willing to support to succeed Marjorie Taylor Greene. At Ban The Trade, we’ve focused on our 2026 elections project to unseating more vulnerable notorious traders and enablers. We may not be able to take her seat, but we can stop the corrupt gravy train for good.

Ban Congressional Stock Trading

Over 100 members on both sides of the aisle have made tens of thousands of stock trades a year since 2021—trading MILLIONS of shares and assets worth over a BILLION dollars. And they're doing it with information that isn't available to the rest of the public.

Ban the Trade PAC is here to stop the grift and hold Congress accountable. With your support, we can expose corrupt politicians and build momentum for a stock trading ban.
