Friend,

Last week a federal court struck down Trump and Abbott’s illegal power grab in Texas – finding the new maps were racially gerrymandered to hurt Black and Hispanic Texans.

But then last Friday, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito temporarily blocked the lower court’s ruling, allowing them to use the racist maps while the Supreme Court considers the case.

So what does this mean? 

The Supreme Court will soon weigh in on Trump and Abbott’s mid-decade power grab in Texas. So NOW is the time to flood the zone in opposing their gerrymandered maps. That’s where you come in.

We need to show overwhelming opposition to Trump and Abbott’s gerrymandering power grab in Texas. We cannot allow them to use Texas’s maps to steal the midterms.
