Attorney General Pam Bondi is already working behind the scenes to slow down the release of the Epstein files — the same files that contain years of evidence, testimony, and names tied to one of the most horrific abuse and trafficking operations in modern history.
But our Committee issued a subpoena requiring a FULL release of those files. No redactions to protect powerful people. No delays to run out the clock. No excuses.
Our message is clear: Stop the delays. Release the files.
Every survivor who came forward deserves the truth to see daylight. They deserve accountability. They deserve justice — not another round of political games designed to shield the wealthy and well-connected.
We are not backing down.
We are not negotiating.
We are not letting this get buried.
But Bondi and her allies will use every legal tactic they can to stall, block, or weaken our subpoena. They are counting on people tuning out, giving up, or moving on.
