John,

Yesterday’s Republican Primary Runoff Election saw big victories for Texas Values Action endorsed pro-life & pro-family candidates across Texas.

Thanks to your continued financial support, we were able to successfully execute our get-out-the-vote efforts to get values-voters across Texas to the polls.

But right now the next-stage of the battle begins. We are only 111 days away from the November 3 General Election.

With Democrats working to flip the Texas House and recent polls showing Joe Biden within striking distance of President Trump in Texas, we must raise a record-amount of support to launch our largest-ever education and get-out-the-vote campaign ahead of the General Election.

Will you chip-in today to defeat the radical Leftist takeover of Texas>>

I want to encourage you with three big victories from last night that pro-family conservatives should celebrate as we prepare for November.

In one the most watched Texas House races (HD 45), Texas Values Action endorsed Carrie Isaac defeated Bud Wymore and will now face Democrat incumbent State Rep. Erin Zwiener in November, a radical Leftist who scored 0% on our Faith & Family legislative scorecard.

Carrie Isaac’s victory gives Republicans the best chance to flip this seat back to a pro-life & pro-family Republican.

In a critically important State Board of Education race, Texas Values Action endorsed Lani Popp won a landslide victory ensuring that Republicans will have a strong opportunity to hold onto this seat, which Democrats are determined to flip in November.

And in another important Texas House race (HD 59), Texas Values Action endorsed Shelby Slawson handily defeated moderate incumbent State Rep. J.D. Sheffield, who has a history of being one of the lowest scoring Republicans on our Faith & Family legislative scorecard. With no Democratic opponent in November, Slawson is set to give a much-needed pro-life & pro-family voice to the conservative voters in this district.

But Tuesday’s Election is not the only way that Texas Values Action is working to uphold our values this week.

Right this moment, our policy team is hard at work in Houston at the Texas GOP Convention committee meetings working to ensure life, religious freedom, and biblical marriage remain protected in the Republican Party of Texas Platform.

While the main portion of the convention, starting tomorrow, was forced to move online thanks to the actions of Houston Democratic Mayor Sylvester Turner, these important committee meeting are still happening in-person and our team has been on the ground since Monday.

I thank our supporters for getting out to vote and sharing our endorsement and election-resources. We were able to reach hundreds of thousands of Texans this primary season, but we need your help to do more for November

Please partner with us by making a gift – $25, $50, or even $250 – to support our largest ever education and get-out-the-vote efforts.
