PFLAG x I Changed My Mind: Elton's Story

After his brother passed due to complications of HIV, Elton dedicated his life to advocacy and activism, working to erase the stigmas of gender, sexuality, and HIV/AIDS in Indigenous communities. He also spreads these powerful political and cultural messages through his drag persona, Eartha Quake.

I Changed My Mind is a series of thought-provoking and inspiring conversations developed by filmmaker Brooke Sebold, produced in collaboration with PFLAG National, that centers parents, families, and LGBTQ+ individuals and their stories of transformation and courage to change and renew.

Giving Tuesday is December 2nd

Support PFLAG National’s work with a donation this Giving Tuesday—the largest day of global online charitable giving—coming up on December 2. We are actively equipping, training, and mobilizing parents, families, and allies in every state to push back against discrimination. Your charitable gift helps fuel the public pressure needed to drive lasting change and moves us closer to a world where every LGBTQ+ person is safe, celebrated, empowered, and loved.

Please remember PFLAG National in your Giving Tuesday plans this year, and give toward our goal of $25,000 for LGBTQ+ people and their families. Donate today!
