Dear Friend,
Thank you to everyone who took our Issue Survey. I value hearing from as many individuals as possible to learn about the issues you want me to focus on in Congress (if you missed the survey, you can take it here)!
The resounding response of our Issue Survey was “Improving Healthcare Access.” And, you know, I’m not surprised. As an elected official in Northwest Indiana, I have seen time and time again how healthcare costs bankrupted families or even blocked people from receiving life-saving healthcare in the first place. Help me fight for these residents in Congress by contributing to my campaign now →
And let’s not forget the importance of reproductive healthcare. A recent Supreme Court case has created a setback for reproductive rights by allowing employers and colleges to opt out of providing women access to healthcare. This reversal means that women will have to pay out of pocket for essential healthcare.
This is unacceptable. We need leadership in Washington who will fight for the concerns of working class families, whether that means lowering costs of prescription drugs, or advocating for women’s access to healthcare. I’m running for Congress because we need representatives who will put working-class people first.
But I can’t do this without you. So, friend, can I count on you to support my campaign with a grassroots contribution of $25, $15, or $10 NOW to fight for healthcare solutions?
Thank you, team. I can’t do this without you.
