This afternoon, I filed a lawsuit against Sec. Betsy DeVos.

DeVos and Trump's Department of Education unlawfully took actions to benefit predatory for-profit schools at the expense of defrauded students.

What DeVos did is wrong, and it is illegal -- and I'm fighting to block it.

But if I'm defeated in November, the Republican who replaces me will cave to DeVos and the Trump administration.
