Our lawsuit to close our primary elections is pending in the Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division. We have posted some of the case documents on our website. Please take the time to review these important filings. We are grateful to Attorney General Ken Paxton for recognizing our associational rights and ensuring that Texas Republicans choose our Republican nominees. Our response to the Texas Secretary of State’s Motion to Dismiss is due on Wednesday.
